The app
Baby Vocab does not require a Baby Vocab account. Picture cards and recorded spoken words are bundled in the app and can be used offline. Playing a bundled recording does not send a word, a recording of your voice, or information about a child to ElevenLabs.
Preferences, your place in the collection, hidden-card choices, and saved collections are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud-sync service for these records. System backups and device restoration are managed by Apple and your device settings. Removing the app may remove its locally stored data.
The app does not include advertising, tracking, third-party analytics, or an in-app messaging form. It does not request microphone, camera, contacts, or location access. Its privacy manifest declares no developer-collected data categories or tracking.
Purchases
Optional purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payment and account information under its own privacy policy. The app checks Apple-verified transactions to determine whether full-library access is active and to restore purchases. Baby Vocab does not receive your payment-card details.
Subscription management, cancellation, purchase history, and refund requests are handled through Apple. Information shown in the App Store and your Apple Account can differ from local app preferences.
Children and parent controls
Baby Vocab is intended for a parent or caregiver to use together with a child. We do not ask for a child’s name, age, photo, voice recording, or contact information. Purchase opportunities and external app-information links are behind a parent question. That question is a navigation safeguard, not proof of identity or consent to collect personal information.
Parents and caregivers should manage device access, App Store permissions, and family purchase settings. Please do not include sensitive information about a child when contacting support.
This website
There are no accounts, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or message forms in this website build. Exploring the illustration carousel does not send a profile or a history of your choices to Baby Vocab.
Fonts and artwork are served with the site instead of being loaded from third-party font services. Like other websites, hosting infrastructure handles technical request information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare hosts the website and may retain technical information under its privacy policy. This is separate from the app’s locally stored collections; we do not claim that hosting providers process no information.
Support
If you choose to email support, your email provider and our email service process your email address and the content you send. We use support messages to respond to your request. The app does not upload saved collections or learning progress when you open an email link. Contact us if you would like us to delete information you have sent to support; provider backups and legal obligations may affect deletion.
External links
App Store links and sources in the Blog lead to other services. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them. We do not embed competing apps, advertising widgets, or their tracking scripts here.
