1. About this policy
This policy explains how Baby Vocab handles information when you use the Baby Vocab apps or visit this website. “We,” “us,” and “Baby Vocab” refer to the publisher of Baby Vocab.
2. The Baby Vocab app
The current app preview does not require an account and does not include advertising or social features. It stores a small set of preferences on the device, such as whether words speak automatically, whether a slower voice is preferred, and whether written labels are shown.
Deleting the app or clearing its local storage removes these preferences.
3. Spoken words
Baby Vocab uses the device or browser speech service to pronounce words. The app does not ask for microphone access and does not record your child’s voice. Your operating system or browser provider may process speech requests according to its own settings and privacy terms.
4. This website
We do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process limited network and request information to deliver, secure, and operate the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.
5. Messages you send us
If you contact us, we receive the information in your message, such as your email address and anything you choose to share. We use it to reply and provide support. Please do not send personal information about a child.
6. Purchases
Baby Vocab offers an optional one-time purchase. Apple or Google processes the payment and manages the store receipt under its own terms; Baby Vocab does not receive or store your payment-card details. The app stores the unlocked status on your device so purchased content remains available.
7. Children’s privacy
Baby Vocab is designed to be used with a parent or caregiver. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
